I am qualified an Integrative Psychotherapist with training and experience in providing counselling and psychotherapy. I am an Individual Clinical Member of UKCP, and abide by this organisation's ethical and professional guidelines.

I have worked in statutory and third sector counselling and psychotherapy services with adults 2010.

Complimenting this is a background in non-therapeutic roles within such services, which enhances my ability to work empathically and sensitively with people who are seeking support for their mental health and psychological wellbeing.
