How I can help you
Sexual Abuse Therapy
I support people living with the impact of sexual abuse. Sexual abuse can affect anyone, and its effects can be complex, long-lasting, and difficult to process alone. My work is grounded in relational, humanistic, and empowerment-focused approaches, supporting you to make the changes you want at your own pace. Together we can find ways to understand and work through the impact of abuse in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can make it difficult to feel present, safe, or connected in everyday life. It can affect how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. I work with people who have experienced a wide range of traumatic experiences, offering a supportive space to process their impact. My approach is collaborative and paced around your needs, helping you move toward greater stability, understanding, and control.
Pre-Trial Therapy
Engaging with the criminal justice process can be stressful and sometimes re-traumatising. I offer therapeutic support for people who are considering reporting a crime, are involved in an investigation, or are navigating court proceedings. With extensive experience in pre-trial therapy, I aim to provide a space where you feel informed, supported, and able to focus on your wellbeing throughout the process.
LGBT-Friendly Therapy
I provide an inclusive and supportive space for LGBT+ clients and people exploring their identity. Therapy can help you reflect on the challenges and experiences that come with navigating sexuality, gender, relationships, and the wider world. My work recognises the diversity within LGBT+ communities and is always centred on your experiences, needs, and sense of self.
